OPINION

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's orders denying his Motion for Release Pending Appeal pursuant to 18 U.S.C.A. Sec. 3143(b) (West Supp.1993), and his Petition for Release Under 28 U.S.C.A. Sec. 1446 (West Supp.1993). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Robinson v. North Carolina, No. MISC-93-32-F (E.D.N.C. Aug. 2, 1993 & Oct. 13, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
