Peachtree City is a city in Fayette County, Georgia, United States. Census Estimates of 2005 indicate a population of 34,524. In 2007 the city announced a plan to formally annex an unincorporated area between Georgia State Route 74 and the border with Coweta County line that is commonly referred to as "The West Village".
