Avon Park is a city in Highlands County, Florida, United States. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated the city's population in 2006 at 8,879. It is the oldest city in Highlands County, and was named after Stratford-upon-Avon, England.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
