Minden is a city in Kearney County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 2,964 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Kearney County. It has possessed a post office since 1876. Minden is part of the Kearney, Nebraska Micropolitan Statistical Area.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
