New Hampshire is an unincorporated community located in central Goshen Township, Auglaize County, Ohio, United States. The community is served by the Waynesfield-Goshen Local School District. Located between Wapakoneta and Lakeview at the intersection of U.S. Route 33 with State Routes 196 and 385, the village maintains a small post office and a country store.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area. Utilities have a duty to provide safe and adequate service on reasonable terms to anyone who lives within the service area on without discriminating between customers. Because most utilities operate in near monopolistic conditions, they can be heavily regulated by local, state, and federal authorities.
