Cass is an unincorporated community in Pocahontas County, West Virginia on the Greenbrier River. The town, founded in 1901, was named for Joseph Kerr Cass, vice president and cofounder of the West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
